“I had a very good experience at the Starbucks. I placed a mobile order, and at the estimated time you order would be ready, I entered the drive-thru. I explained to the employee that I placed a mobile order, gave her my name, and mentioned that I had not received a notification yet that the order was ready. She stated that she had my order at the window and that I could pull around. She was waiting for me at the window with a smile, and handed my drinks out immediately. I found her to be very pleasant and friendly, and my drinks were prepared exactly the way I ordered them.“

“The customer service here is stellar! Today, while running late to work, I stopped at a different Dunkin but realized after I had pulled away that they had messed up my order. I desperately called the next closest location, which happened to be this one. An absolute angel named Abbrielle (I’m guessing on the spelling) heard my story, and promptly encouraged me to swing by their drive thru, saying she would fix the other Dunkin’s mistake free of charge. I was blown away by her kindness and lack of hesitation. upon fixing my drink she sent me off with sweet encouragements and love. She single handedly turned my day around. we need more people like her in the world. GET THAT GIRL A RAISE ❤️“

“I love the people who own and manage this store. The woman who owns this Dunkin is hilarious she makes me laugh and smile every time I go to this store. She has younger employees that work there and even they have the greatest attitude and are just as much fun as the owner. I always order lattes and they make them perfect every time. I go to at least four different dunkins a day because i travel throughout illinois every day for work and this Dunkin is the best. A lot of dunkins like to be lazy and mix reg coffee into the latta because they are in a hurry or don't care but this dunkin. What you order is what you're going to get at great quality“

“I recommend Starbucks hire people who can read or they need to properly train their employees. My order is wrong more than it’s right and I order the same drink every time! The label clearly shows my order. I got ONLY tea and filled with ice. Yesterday my husband ordered a coffee with 1 cream and OVER HALF THE DRINK WAS CREAM. Do better!“
