I wanted to get on and give a quick kudos to the staff currently working today. A little bit before 4pm, I came to order my drink (Strawberry Acai Refresher). I saw that the drive thru line was packed, so I opted to go in instead. I was greeted quickly by an amazing worker. I had a feeling it was her first day, so while she was taking my order I had asked her if it was her first day; she said yes, it was. Baristas made my day greeting me as soon as I got in the door and when I explained I'd order as soon as my toddler used the facilities they went "go, go, go!" Not a second thought or guilt for needing to set priorities. The drinks were made quick and delicious. Thanks for understanding!

One of the best customer experiences that I have had a Starbucks! The barista, I wish I knew her name, was very friendly and engaging. She had a great recommendation for me, since I was using my free stars. They were super busy, but none of the staff let that affect their mood or the experiences of the customers.
