“Edit from my last review… owner reached out after a complaint filed on the Dunkin app about the “bone” that was found in one of our chicken pepper wraps. The owner apologized to for the inconvenience and offered a free breakfast to make it right. The breakfast 100% better this time around, and definitely makes me feel better and I may give this Dunkin another chance.“

“We tried Grounded Ciffee in Frankfort based on a recommendation of a friend. It is located in Downtown Frankfort near other restaurants that we frequent but we never noticed the place. It is in an old building that has been decorated in the customer area. The kitchen and prep areas seem to be pretty old school. Lots of seating inside and a ton of seating outside.They are lacking a big easily readable menu sign. There is a smaller one that you can see to your left when you become the second person in line. Staff was very nice. There were 2 employees on a Monday morning around 9 am. The pizza bagel was very delicious and was freshly prepared. The coffee was ok about par with most places. There was a steady flow of customers, mostly locals, that were ordering. We sat outside and enjoyed a 70 degree morning with a light breeze. If you live in the area or are in the area I would suggest giving it a try. They do have a menu online and small mini menus printed on small sheets of paper by the condiment station. Menu is very limited but sufficient for what it is. Be weary of a large step up and down at the doorway. This would be difficult to impossible for folks in wheelchairs and possibly walkers unless there is another entrance I am not aware of.“

“I come to this Scooters location every week for various different drinks, and they've always delivered! Personally, I always order ahead in the app but regardless the wait time has never been long. The staff have always been extremely nice and really seem like cool people. I love these guys and they're definitely one of my favorite spots to frequent for a nice drink!“

“Great coffee! Stopped in for the 1st time today, it never looks open so I never stopped in however I saw a car outside and thought I'd drive in to see and I'm glad I did. Coffee flavor is awesome 👍🏻 cranberry muffin is awesome 👍🏻 decor is really nice 👍🏻 I would definitely meet friends there for coffee. My only suggestion is to put a neon or LED Open sign in the window as even if you pull into the parking lot the window tint looks like it's too dark to be open.“

“I used to live and work in the area and this was my daily Dunkin spot. I frequented so often they knew when I pulled up before I even spoke at the drive thru. Service is always tip top and fast.
You'd think because it's a coffee chain that all the dunkins make the coffee the same but in my experience that is not true.
I stopped in today while I was in the area because they just don't make it like other DDs. I love this Dunkin so much.
The employees are happy and amazing with their customers. And it shows when their regulars walk in, everything is just up beat and happy. Everyone's happy to be here and I think this atmosphere is unlike any other. Cheers to whomever runs this store, you're killin it“

“Today I was with Rowley and I was thirsty for a Coffee. Tommy was making heavy eye contact with my little brother Manny and I was a little concerned but I didn’t care. Me and Rowley ordered a frappe and a sandwich. The frappe was delicious! “I ordered an iced coffee and was given no sugar and asked for 3 packages I have hypoglycemia. I ordered a grande and was given a venti instead. I do not recommend this Starbucks if you have hypoglycemia. New Lenox doesn't like to think hypoglycemia exists just diabetes. I will never ho back there again for an iced coffee. I never had this problem in Junction City, Kansas. Heroin addicts rule New Lenox I'm 1 of 8 women in Will County who have never done it and never will. Again will never buy iced coffee from here hypoglycemia again does not exist to New Lenox residents“

“Ordered the Christmas box of donuts with the bagels and cream cheese special. You guys were slammed with orders and drive thru was packed as well but we received our order in a timely manner and employees were friendly. The only thing that could have been better was not putting the donuts so close to each other. The frosting made them all stick together but everyone thought they were really good! Thank you for making breakfast fast and easy on Christmas Eve!“
