Dunkin' serves good-tasting food, including their chicken pepper wraps, and has a nice building. Although they sometimes run out of products, the owner takes customer complaints seriously and makes amends. Customer service can be inconsistent, and staff can be unfriendly at times, but the restaurant has potential with some improvements.
