A Manhattan, IL Dunkin Doughnut Business who decided to take away the Customer accessible Business Phone Number 'says it All.' 👎👎👎 ~ 20 yr Manhattan Resident.
The employees are great specially the one dude in the hat. He’s cool. Aside from service food makes me feel like a homeless person eating food out of the trash. Sandwich is always stale and bacon feels like I just shaved it off the pig. Hashbrowns taste like I just soaked them in water to defrost. Painful when paying 15$ for a coffee sandwich and hashbrowns. Now that I think of it, I’m not sure a homeless person would even find it appetizing.
This place takes FOREVER. I ordered one drink at 3:40pm and I sat at the first drive up windows for 10min before anyone took my card.

Dunkin' serves good-tasting food, including their chicken pepper wraps, and has a nice building. Although they sometimes run out of products, the owner takes customer complaints seriously and makes amends. Customer service can be inconsistent, and staff can be unfriendly at times, but the restaurant has potential with some improvements.
