Never had an issue with an order. A young associate/barista, Ella, always presents a positive attitude and helpful overall disposition.“

“There is a LOT to day about the Joliet Public Library! Very friendly staff, everyone is so helpful there! Getting a library card was really easy and quick (& free too!). I've noticed the decor and table setups are very pretty that it makes ME want to sit in those kid activity rooms. I really liked the inclusivity they had for Pride Month. The manga section is pretty great, although I think that it should be expanded to a wider selection. I think what shocked me the most is that they have Nintendo Switch games there?? I think that's a pretty cool idea to know that you could try out a game before commiting to buying it for your switch at home. I also really appreciate the computer section they have there because I've been in a pinch and needed to print something. It only cost me 10 cents and I didn't even have to pay that because every library card is given a free $2.00 balance for printing. Even when it runs out, I wouldn't mind paying or reloading my balance on my card. Did I mention there is a cafe??? I saw it on my way out, but I can't wait to go there and try some pastries. 10/10 Highly recommend :)“

“Did the 3 day cleanse. I was a little nervous before I started. Most cleanse tend to put you in the bathroom all day or are really harsh and taste terrible. This cleanse was the complete opposite. Easy on my stomach, everything tasted great (detox shot was strong but it was a small dose so it wasn't a problem) and I had the best sleep during those 3 days. I did the cleanse to reset my body. I had gotten into some bad eating habits that I needed to detox. I loved some of the juices so much that I'm ordering them for myself and my family to incorporate into our day. Definitely try these juices!“

“I love this new Dunkin’ drive thru location paired with the new Food N’ Fuel on Route 6. This Dunkin has an express order kiosk when I get to the front counter so that I can choose to order with a traditional smiling crew member or I can order on the fast new digital kiosk. I love how Dunkin has better integrated the app with the new stores, it’s so simple to order via the app and pickup my order in the super fast drive thru or in the mobile pickup area inside. The crew is so kind and welcoming. Just tried some Dunkin Midnight coffee, just enough strength and smoothness to get me through the day. I can’t wait to get my daily Iced Coffee and their new sandwiches are delicious!“

“I just recently started working in Joliet and this Dunkin is right off the exit next to my job and I have never been to a Dunkin that is as fast as them and always has my drink right and the food is always perfect! And the people that work in there are so sweet“

“Went through drive-thru. Ordered small, charged for, and given, a large. Luckily, it was delicious, so not really a huge deal!Drive-thru is one lane only behind building - so no way to get out if you change your mind if the line is long. You're stuck. Think twice if you're in a hurry. Maybe go inside instead.“

“Edit from my last review… owner reached out after a complaint filed on the Dunkin app about the “bone” that was found in one of our chicken pepper wraps. The owner apologized to for the inconvenience and offered a free breakfast to make it right. The breakfast 100% better this time around, and definitely makes me feel better and I may give this Dunkin another chance.“

“Waited 5 minutes to brew a new pot of de-caff .. no problem,. Don't mind waiting . After I drove off I realized the server must have put 3/4 of a cup of old cold stale coffee and topped it off with fresh brewed coffee. . coffee was nearly warm and tasted stale.“
