“I have been at the Elwood location many times I just went back and I’m happy to say There is a girl by the name of Cat Who I noticed is still there (thank God) she needs to manage many Duncans to make every location like the one in Elwood. I am a vice president at a company who deals a lot with customer service. I asked her if I can hire her and she said no she’s very happy at her current job so bummer for me. In which case I wanted to compliment the individual that would be above her to make sure she is given the proper Recognition for doing her job with a smile. When I walk in, she’s always smiling very pleasant. Has learned my name from memory which I think it’s a great plus for being a customer. It should be that way all regular customers to be called by their name. This girl should be running multiple locations or become an area or general manager. She can teach a lot of your employees About how to run a business Properly. This location has many positive improvements since she has been at this location. I have come in very often and it finally feels like I’m welcome. It’s unbelievable how this location is now being run. Anyone reading this please go to this location and see how a Duncan should be run. I guarantee top service I’ve seen and experienced it multiple times. I’m not even one to usually leave Reviews on a business But the difference in this place versus a lot of of places that I’ve come across in my life is a huge difference. I feel like they should set out some candles and table cloths and little napkins like a more upscale restaurant. I’ve now noticed too, it’s being decorated for Halloween, which is so cute because my birthday is on Halloween so I feel like the manager is celebrating my birthday. Great job at this location and a great job to the manager Cat you are number one Don’t ever let anyone tell you different. The changes that I’ve seen are like night and day! Please promote this girl to the top. She definitely deserves it. By the way, I live in Woodridge, Illinois, and I have actually taken the time to go to that location upon occasion when I didn’t have to work just because of the difference that has been made.“

Their bakery display case is insane with variety and so is their menu! Highly recommend. There is a few tables and chairs to dine in, but it is a smaller shop.“

“The donuts were a little stale. I suspect they were day old donuts. We were standing at the counter for a few minutes until somebody actually came and took our order. I asked that the large mocha blast be separated into 2 separate cups. And they didn't do it. I ended doing it myself and created a mess at the table. Overall the experience was ok.“

“Love that we have a Starbucks in our town. I can't say enough about the baristas that I have had the pleasure receiving amazing drinks, food, and service from. There are times when I am there that people just keep coming in and lining up and I never see frustration...keeping in mind each and every drink is made with a combination of ingredients and steps to complete, not dispensed from a machine...and these folks work like a well oiled machine. They truly deserve some uplifting recognition for their hardwork and dedication.“

“I liked this dunkin a bit more than the rest. The workers were polite and well prepared. I have to give probs to the young lady who made our banana split because it looked and tasted perfect. I did order extra food after to help some people in need and none of the workers judged them or us for helping these people. A father and daughter in need of food and hydration walked in after my hubbie invited them and we talked for a little bit before we went on our way. None of the staff made a comment or complaint. They just accepted us and the people in need.

Vegetarian options: There are many vegetarian options and even if a sandwich or item has meat you can choose to remove or substitute it. My go to is the avocado toast and veggie egg white bites.“
