McDonald's isn’t for me anymore. The more I’ve learned about how heavily processed fast food is, the more it turns me off. That old video of a McDonald’s cheeseburger lasting years without molding was the final straw—once you see it, you can’t unsee it. No judgment to anyone who enjoys it, but I’m choosing to be more mindful about what I eat.

I don’t understand what is the deal with this McDonald’s. I order food on the app and mark “I’m already there” before I even arrive and the food is never ready. It takes forever, every visit. I wish it wasn’t the only McDonald’s in town and I only go because my kids love it. The food is hit or miss. Some of the workers are very kind but the service is so slow. I don’t know why management cant fix this.

You have to wait about an hour to get your food in a drive through with 4 cars. For Pete's sake management, hire some more people, you have three people back there. Doing everything, yeah, a man with a beard and glasses is working. His butt off, trying to get all the customers orders second window lady was so incredibly rude. Didn't say a word had an attitude was making rude faces when I told her have a good day terrible restaurant food is greasy. I will not be coming back get some better management. This mcdonald's is garbage

This place have unprofessional employees on there phone while we wait for the order. Food comes out bad waste of time and money. When you say something is wrong or missing they get mad but I'm not the one working here. I hate coming here

This McDonald’s location has gone down hill drastically over the last 6 months or so. Nearly every time I’ve came to visit the drive through they have had extremely long response times at the microphone, as well as they have managed to pull me into a “Curbside” pickup location almost every time, regardless of if I’m here to order food for my whole family or just for myself. As for the food nothing seems as well put together, most sandwiches have more condiments on the packaging than actually between the buns all without one napkin ever being placed in the bag. The fries taste like they have been cooked in dirty grease or reheated, it’s almost impossible to manage getting good quality McDonalds fries at this location. Lastly the customer service lacking manners and professionalism, they hand you drinks without making sure the lids on or if the cup is clean, getting upset when you ask for napkins to wipe off the cup they failed to check for spills on before handing it to you. The hop around inside laughing and carrying amongst themselves rather then doing their job and getting food out the door. Closing the window on you before ever telling you have a good day. In conclusion I’m unsure what has changed but this is not the same location it once was. And I dread making the trip there upon the kids request.

Lobby was a disaster. Food service time was longer than usual. This location is very proficient in all areas of the industry and I was shocked to experience that yet I will continue to visit the location

Consistently slow, subpar service lukewarm food no customer appreciation. I went to Arby’s and got a sausage biscuit cheaper and was in and out in less than five minutes

It's McDonald's... it's not healthy or very good food. What it had was cheep food and now it doesn't even have that. I think their CEO might need to remember their damn brand here.
