Everytime I order through drive thru my order is wrong. My drink is not right and I am tired of getting to the light taking my first sip and the drink is not right so I have to go back but now go inside.

I love this location most the workers are very friendly! When Dani makes my drink I can tell a difference when she does it’s the best! She’s very sweet and welcoming when you come into the cafe.

Paid for a grande and MAYBE got enough for a tall. Pretty ridiculous. Very disappointed in this establishment. This isn't the first time, but I'm sick of paying for something I'm not getting.
I come in almost daily and always bring my son in as he loves the croissants and frappes. My son is autistic and rarely speaks to strangers. However, the last few times we have come in, we got the pleasure of getting John as our drink maker. Anytime we come in and he is working, my son loves to wave, tell him thank you, and to have a good day. John is always responsive and makes sure to notice my son. I can't express how happy this makes him. We look forward to coming in just so my son can see John and leave with a smile on his face. This worker has great customer service and I appreciate the effort he gives acknowledging my son.

I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks and I have never seen a manager speak down to employees or another employee talk behind another’s back like I did here.
An employee with a name tag on said Olivia was my barista and she couldn’t have been more miserable. Besides that, she spoke ill about another right in front of me. This must be the culture there bc I witness what I thought to be the branch manager speak down to another employee loud enough for all to hear. Very sad for this location. I hope this changes. My beverage was made correctly and was delicious on the positive side.

Slowest service ever. I get their busy hours are crazy but I’ve been to other Starbucks in the city, which are way busier yet much more efficient.
I’ve also ordered my drinks in advance multiple times. I usually wait 10-15 minutes before heading there after placing my order, yet I’ll still find myself waiting 15 minutes+ for my drink once I get there.
Workers are friendly.
I’ve been going here for multiple years now but decided not to anymore.
The old baristas from around last year knew how to make my drinks correctly. They all tasted the same now it’s different.
Every time I go in I notice how the boss Amy treats most of her baristas awfully.Most of them seem frustrated to even be there and uncomfortable to work around her without her bossing them around over things they already were doing/about to do.Treating the people that work for her as if they are children!
The new “standards/routines” they are building for this business is only ruining them.
I appreciate the few baristas that are so kinda to me.

I love going to this Starbucks! I love it because, the seasonal drinks and how the bright colors in the drinks pop out! I love the cake pops there they taste amazing for a good price! The drinks are great for summer, spring, winter and fall! I’ve seen so much drinks and recommendations on apps like, Google, Pinterest, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, TikTok, BeReal and of course the Starbucks app! I remember when I first got it, it was just a vanilla bean frapbíno (sorry for the typo) and it was just so simple but very good! I definitely recommend this place!

Expensive coffee, but good coffee.
I walk in and there are five young women behind the counter with nobody else in line. I wait two minutes to be acknowledged with “I’ll be right with you”, followed by nobody assisting me. Seems a little shocking considering I go into local restaurants with one person working and am greeted immediately and helped promptly. But this was exactly what I needed to remember why it’s not worth supporting multibillion dollar corporations who refuse to let their workers unionize…they all seemed miserable to be there. I’d rather support a local business anyway! Happy to not return here.

They have failed to make my order correctly 5 times now. And trust me, I'm not asking for much. Ordered a hot macchiato- it's been given to me iced twice now. Ordered a drink and asked for cinnamon powder- they decided I didn't want that. Ordered a drink and asked for pumpkin powder- nope. How hard is it really to get the little things right? The people are so nice, it's disappointing to have to write anything but a five star review, but come on 5 times in a row that they've gotten my order wrong is crazy. Had to edit this review because they messed up once again. I ordered a tea latte and they gave me a tea. No milk. How do you even mess up a simple tea latte
