“NOW THIS IS A “CHECK OFF ALL THE BOXES” ESTABLISHMENT! First time since moving to the area and was blown away by the quality under glass variety of meats! I’ve never seen a wall of various oils to enhance the meat one is cooking and the ENDLESS rubs and sauces to knock it out of the park. The partnership with Ceder Crest next door immediately was a hit with the kids coming in with mom and dad. Lastly, the greatest recycled plastic bags used at check out. Thanks for everything y’all, customer for life. You made our Xmas meal one for the books.“

“Love this place. I've been going to Coldstone Creameries around the United States for over twenty years now and this is my home town called Stone. We come here every chance we can. The kids absolutely loved it. We went to one in Virginia on our honeymoon and I got coffee with gummy bears and cookie doughs and for the last eighteen years nothing is ever beaten it.“

“I go here often for my girls and for my company. It's usually very quick. There was one time I waited almost an hour for my pick up order and when I asked about it the young lady was very nice and asked me my name. I told her and then nothing another 30min rolls around and I ask her again and she goes and tells another young lady and she comes up and asks me if I checked in on the app. I told her no, I don't have the app. And she said they only go in order from check in on the app. I told her I had told the young lady who was boxing orders my name and then everyone after me had gotten their orders and left, and I was still standing there (with a baby) and she just gave me an attitude. So I left. Other than that one experience, most of my visits are very quick and easy to get in and out.“

“I'm a little salty because I was in drive-through just yo get a gift card, o told them that at the speaker where you order, and I had to wait behind a guy while they made his order (about 10 minutes) they did NOT have him pull up as usual. Then, even after he pulled away, they ignored me another 5 minutes. I'm guessing they were freaking out trying to figure out what I ordered :( they could have just asked!! Communication is the key people.
