They truly made our experience special, and my daughter said it was the perfect way to celebrate her big day! I would highly recommend celebrating any occasion, big or small, at Salamone's! “Have visited twice now and both times were fabulous. First visit, my husband and I were out chasing the full moon to get some good pictures and spotted this place on our mad dash. We circled back and stopped in to check it out. Immediately loved the atmosphere ~ relaxed and very inviting. We weren't even hungry and thought we'd just take a gander at the menu and maybe get a take out appetizer but it smelled so tantalizing we opted to seat and have a full dinner. It did not disappoint. So good in fact, when my friend's birthday rolled around I said I wanted to take her out to this great place I recently discovered. With a backdrop of enjoyable music and lovely decor as well as great service and delicious food, Vanakkam India is a real winner. Will definitely return.”

“I needed several boxes to deliver to clinical sites. The online ordering was a little cumbersome. I called to make sure the order went through, answered right away and they put my order in. When I arrived they had it ready to go. Everyone loved the cookies. They are on my rotation of treats to bring to clinical when I do my observations.”

“The Tavern on Clark is amazing! My daughter and I were traveling from out of town and were recommended this place! The manager went out of his way to accommodate us and find us a table. They were so busy. We didn’t have a reservation. But he was so kind and helpful, working out a way for us to have a wonderful dinner! Our server was so efficient. The food was as delicious as we were hoping! Literally my daughter’s burger was HUGE! The potato fries were cooked to perfection. I had a BBQ chicken salad that was so fresh and tasted amazing! We come to Rockford for soccer a few times a year. We will be back for sure!”

“I could not believe the size of my burger!! It's the biggest burger I have ever had & so delicious. I wasn't happy w/the small size of my Italian beef but it too was delicious, so I give it a 4 out of 5. We will definitely go there again! The happy greeting we got from the owner was very refreshing!!! Same with everybody working there. It was so clean too!! The owner needs to train other places how to treat their customers & keep their places this clean. You will not regret getting food from Zae's.”

“We reached out to the owner Paul Sletten and team to support a last minute private party at our house, as we had experienced his excellent food first hand from his Abreo restaurant over the years. His catering manager, Elliott, promptly responded with an email explaining their wide range of creative options and costs. We selected our desired dishes and several days later we we met Elliott from his team as he delivered and set up the food with minimal direction. Everyone at the party noted how great the food was (we took all the credit). We would highly recommend Abreo for their catering quality and variety. What a great experience. Well done Abreo and Team!”

“Everything was so good!! The kind of good where you take a bite, stop talking, and just look at each other like “wait…what just happened?” The meat was insanely tender and packed with flavor. Melt-in-your-mouth, no exaggeration. The sauce? Perfect balance of smoky, sweet, and just enough tang to keep you going back for more. Their customer service was above and beyond! They went out of their way to correct an issue that wasn’t even their fault! To me, that means more than the food being good. I appreciate the extra mile they went plus the ribs were the best I’ve had in town!! If you’re thinking about trying it… just go!!”

“Had a group of 19 women in for lunch today. Went in last week to let staff know we were coming on Monday at 11 am. I arrived, no tables were set up and I had to help arrange tables. All of our meals were very good. There was a huge variety on the menu choices. I asked our waitress if I might have a gift card ( $10 or $15) to draw from among the women. Was told the manager could not get ahold of the owners to ask if this was okay. Really? Anyway, every 2 months I make a reservation for us all to go to lunch. Never been turned down before. All the food was great. This just rubbed me the wrong way.”
