Everything was so good!! The kind of good where you take a bite, stop talking, and just look at each other like “wait…what just happened?”
The meat was insanely tender and packed with flavor. Melt-in-your-mouth, no exaggeration. The sauce? Perfect balance of smoky, sweet, and just enough tang to keep you going back for more.

Phenomenal bbq. Got the rib tips as recommended by the wonderful lady helping me. Couldn’t have been cooked any better. Fat and collagen rendered perfectly. That good Smokey flavor that you don’t want to stop eating. I didn’t want to eat myself sick so I packed up the giant plates left overs. The smoked meat burps later in the evening had me craving it again. So I smashed the take home box of sweat and Smokey tips, fries, and bread in the hotel before bed.
