This is easily the best restaurant in Rockford and one of the best I've been to in quite some time, period. Their cocktails are wonderful, service is on-point, and the ambiance is very intimate (perfect for date night or special occasions). Wow, I wish this place was raved about more. After living in Rockford for almost a year I'm just sad I didn't try it sooner. Every dish we ordered was fantastic, simple with outstanding flavors. Our waitress Crystal was perfectly attentive with genuine recommendations, my only regret was I that I didn't save room for dessert. Amazing experience and an amazing restaurant! Food was some of the best I have ever eaten, and the atmosphere was very intimate and special. The service was great too, I don't think we ever had an empty glass. If you want a special date night, or a great restaurant for a good occasion, I cant recommend Abreo highly enough.
