If you've been to this location. You know what it's like. Inside looks fine. But ordering takes forever. They most likely forget about you and then barely speak up to tell you, the order is done. Maybe drive thru is better, but when they packed. You best have nothing to do for the next 30min-hour.
This is one of, if not the best, Wendy's I have ever been to. The staff was friendly, the service was fast, and the food came out fast. Dave Thomas would be proud of these folks.
The manager was there, and she was on top of things, making sure customers were satisfied. Communication with tye clients is a must, which alot of this new gereration needs to learn how to do. Employees need to put themselves in the customers' shoes, not in the mindset of "i dont get paid enough".
