Checking in can be a bit frustrating sometimes. Remember to make sure your office notifies security that you're arriving and are there for X number of days, otherwise it may take a few minutes to process.
I’ve been going to this building at least once a week to pick up my mail. Officer Ricardo has gone over and beyond, very delightful person. Every time I enter the building i look around to see if i see him and boom there he is with a smile on his face. Just a professional, knowledgeable person. The rest of the Officers have a terrible attitude and I understand they deal with all kinds of people. Just look for Mr Ricardo and you will be okay upon checking in.
