The Florentine Reviews
I visited today during Happy Hour. There we two other parties, each with 2 women. Not busy at all but the bartender wasn’t very interested in working but socializing with colleagues. I ordered a tequila with a splash of lemonade and order a pizza off the hour happy menu. The drink was just okay but the pizza was decent, a thin crust, light sauce, cheesy pepperoni pie. The drink wasn’t worth the $24.00 for a shot of liquor but you live and learn.
Very good service & good food
Very good meals, nice atmosphere and outstanding service by Guillermo. The orrichette was especially delicious.
The Florentine is a restaurant that offers a consistent and pleasant dining experience. Known for its pizzas, salads, and pasta dishes, such as the Bolognese, the restaurant also features a variety of appetizers, including a fantastic grilled octopus. The service is commendable, with staff who are kind, thoughtful, and attentive. The decor creates a fine dining atmosphere, giving a sense of elegance suitable for special occasions or intimate dinners. The restaurant is well-prepared for breakfast, accommodating guests even outside usual hours, and the food receives high praise, with dishes like rack of lamb and halibut cooked to perfection and full of flavor. The traditional carbonara is executed perfectly, and desserts like tiramisu and berry Panna Cotta are highly recommended. The wine list offers a selection, though some options may be on the pricier side. The Florentine remains a reliable choice for those seeking a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience with great food, attentive staff, and a cozy ambiance.
