Disappointing.
We ordered Hot Chicken, Teriyaki Chicken, BBQ Pork, and the Fried Rice.
We found the Teriyaki chicken to be average, but the included garlic noodles seemed somehow dry, but also simultaneously very oily and slimy.
The “Nashville” in the description of the Hot Chicken we found to be a possible typo. This chicken we found to taste moreso of the included pickles than any sort of Nashville spice. In fact we didn’t feel any heat at all from this chicken, unless eating one of the included slices of pepper. This chicken was provided in a very watery sauce with a flavor we couldn’t quite place. Unlike the teriyaki chicken, the “hot” chicken came breaded, but was far too crunchy for a Nashville style chicken. We thought eating this chicken sounded like eating potato chips.
The BBQ Pork was average. We believe it could use more of its own flavor. The included BBQ sauce was fine, but the pork is so close to being able to stand on its own without any sauce.
Finally, our biggest disappointment was the rice. Like many restaurants, it seems they believe the key to fried rice is a bag of mixed vegetables from the grocery isle. The included bbq pork, spam, sausage, and other ingredients seemed either absent or underperforming in this dish. We had high hopes for the rice, as it’s present on most of the restaurants advertising. Unfortunately it felt like a typical order of fried rice and did not even have the bbq-red hue it appears to have in advertising.
Our order amounted to just over $60, and included enough food we could have split well between 3-4 adults, appetite dependent.

3 Little Pigs in Bridgeport: A Culinary Travesty Rarely does one encounter a dining experience so comprehensively disastrous that it seems almost an art form, but 3 Little Pigs in Bridgeport has managed the feat. Let me set the stage: a hopeful diner, a willing accomplice (my wife, who kindly waited in the car with the motor running), and a takeout order that would ultimately prove a masterclass in how not to run a restaurant. I arrived a few minutes early. The cheerful counter man assured me my order was “just finishing up,” a comforting phrase that led me to naively believe the food was being cooked. Alas, this was the first of many delusions. A few moments later, a bag was handed over with the kind of nonchalance you’d expect from someone tossing scraps to a stray. "Thank you," I said, a sentiment that would soon age poorly. Five minutes later, we were home, the table set, anticipation brewing. And then—the reveal. Missing: one beef sandwich (their signature dish). What I did find was a collection of tepid, sad little parcels that looked as though they'd been left on the counter of despair since breakfast. To rub salt in the wound, the restaurant has no phone number, leaving me to scream into the void of Facebook and email. Unsurprisingly, no response came. Perhaps they were too busy botching someone else's evening. Now, the food. Oh, the food. Let’s dissect this culinary crime scene, shall we? • Crab Rangoon: Warm (barely), limp, and inexplicably paired with barbecue sauce. A baffling choice that suggests the chef had either lost their mind or their recipe book. • Chicken Egg Rolls: Equally warmish and inexplicably BBQ’d. No crispness, no joy. • Pork Dumplings: Cold, gummy, and as seasoned as a parking lot on a rainy day. No condiments provided, which, given the state of the dumplings, might have been an act of mercy. • BBQ Pork: The sole passable item, though merely warm. The bar was so low it’s practically subterranean. • Lemon Pepper Fried Chicken: Flavourful, yes, but soggy and lukewarm. Side noodles? Cold, sticky, and bearing a texture reminiscent of an elastic band. • Garlic String Beans: Overcooked to the point of surrender, seasoned with nothing but regret, and paired with—you guessed it—those cursed cold noodles. • Beef Sandwich: The pièce de résistance of absence. I paid for it; it did not appear. Much like their customer service. After 90 minutes of silence from the restaurant, it became abundantly clear: they simply do not care. Whether this is due to apathy, incompetence, or sheer malicious intent is anyone’s guess. What is certain is that 3 Little Pigs is less a restaurant and more a monument to mediocrity. Avoid this establishment like you would an unwashed spoon in a questionable roadside diner. You’ve been warned.
Stopped here for lunch after having driven past it many times. I got the Mongolian veggies with garlic noodles - delicious and really flavorful veggies and tofu! Husband got pork and chicken combo plate and crab rangoons and loved it all. We shared the veggie spring rolls which were super flavorful and the curly fries - perfectly crispy and seasoned. Overall, excellent food and big portions for the price! Owner was very kind and welcoming. Will definitely be back!
I'm obsessed with this little gem in Bridgeport! The italian beef sandwich with the au jus was stuffed with super tender meat that was moist and just the perfect level of spice with the jardinere.
The BBQ pork was a mix of Chinese traditional and American southern BBQ char, also really tender which was a really refreshing take on the dish.
I loved tasting butter in the veggie noodles because it was uniquely different from regular Chinese food.
I normally never order chicken sandwiches bc theyre usually too dry for me but this one was moist from the juicy chicken and accented well with the jalapeños and special house sauce.
The crab Rangoon was also stuffed with creamy cheese rather than the usual cakey chunky stuff you'd get at regular take out joints.
Staff were super nice and everything was fast.
I would 100% come here again and bring my friends because this place was actually something with a new flavor profile and definitely worth the money.

Came from Brazil to Chicago for a month. Me and my friend heard about 3LP in the Vice Youtube Channel and decided to check it out. The food is simply amazing and Henry is such a nice and welcoming guy. We had the fried chicken sandwich, probably the best of my life, and the bbk pork, a must. The fried rice that comes with the pork is also fantastic!!!!

Here’s what we ordered for dinner:
- Chicken & bbq pork + bbq pork fried rice combo box (was a banger, my favorite was the bbq pork)
- Hot pot beef sandwich
- Crab rangoons (also good, came with the same sweet and sour sauce)
- Curly fries
Food came out to about $40. Delicious and we had some fried rice leftover as a side later. Food was well prepared and came out quick. Loved the art!

Crab rangoons are a must order! The filing was the best I've ever had.
Lemon pepper chicken with the char siu combo was to die for. Everything was seasoned well and juicy!
