This place is great! The sushi is fresh and they have so much variety and options. Have been coming here more than 4 times now. Love their otoro flights and the sushi platter which is great for sharing with friends. This is BYOB and they have a lot of seating. It’s located inside 88 Marketplace

Today is 10/24/2025. They gave me packs of soy sauce that were already expired 5 months ago.
I know soy sauce doesn’t go bad easily, so I could understand if it was just a few days past the date — but five months is a bit much.
This place has been one of my favorite to-go restaurants, but now I’m really concerned about the freshness of their food. We have no way of knowing where else they might be using expired products.

Rude service, decent sushi.
I've worked in hospitality for years. I came in a hour before close, we ordered a salmon platter. The informed us it was BYOB totally fine. I went downstairs to source some Soju. By the time I got back the bill and food was on the table maybe 8:25pm. I pay and tip 30% cash. About 10 min go by and they start asking to clear plates and remind us they close at 9pm which we knew. 5 min go by (8:45pm) they drop a to go box. We get the hint and pack it up they come by and clear the plates and every dish on the table it's now about 8:50pm still fine I get it I've wanted to go home before in the same situation. We would have walked out at 9pm when they close respectfully.
What pushed this from we get it, to rude is when they came by at 8:51 and cleared the place mats from under us. A friend of ours came into town and we wanted to enjoy a quick dinner before going out for drinks without an underlying feeling of GTFO as soon as we started eating.
Sushi was okay, I just wouldn't recommend coming here any time near closing. The experience deff put a bad taste in my mouth.

Food is not good as it looks .. It looks premium . The food is pretty average .. and most importantly .. it’s literally opens at the side or the main restroom of the whole 88 market place .. 🙄

I got the tuna flight it was good but the rice in the nigiri was not sticky enough it kept crumbling apart every time I tried picking it up with my chopsticks.

10/10 would recommend. Some of the better sushi that I’ve had in a long time. It’s good quality, well made sushi which is all it needs to be.
Are their fancier places that have twice the menus size, yes absolutely. However if you are looking for a spot that is consistent and genuinely good tasting clean sushi, 312 is the best spot you can hit up. Not to mention the benefit of being able to shop right after.
