The hot slices of pizza is not fresh. Came right back to let the manager know, he stated that I can see how they look thru the window and I shouldn't hv bought it. I gave 2 slices away n his face and he still didn't care that I had to spend an extra $17 on a fresh pizza after jus spending $11 on some dried out pizza. So if u want a juicy pizza, order a whole pizza š it's fresh š

I am completely disgusted with how Ace Pizza has handled my order and refund.
I placed an order on Monday at 11:39 AM. The guy who took my order put me on hold for 15 minutes and on top of that, he didnāt speak a word of English, making the process frustrating from the start. I was charged for a small pizza and six wings for $28 and some change.
That immediately didnāt sound right because I always order the 14-inch two-topping pizza with six wings and a one-liter pop for $24.99 which usually comes out to around $32 and some change with delivery. But I figured maybe there was a deal going on.
The employee told me heād have to call me back for the payment. Then a woman called saying she had just arrived late for her shift and asked for my card info again. She confirmed my name, number, and address so I assumed everything was correct. Unfortunately, I was wrong.
When my order arrived, it was completely wrong. When I called to fix the issue, they refused to remake the order and told me Iād get a refund instead. That refund never came. Days later, they told me if the refund didnāt show up, theyād give me cash on Friday. Itās now Monday almost a full week later and still nothing.
When I called to follow up, I was told āthe manager isnāt in until 3 to 5.ā I called at 4 and conveniently, the manager had ājust left.ā When I finally got someone to talk, the so-called manager said he didnāt even have access to the back office or receipts and had to call his boss to check if a refund was ever given.
How is someone managing a store with no access to refunds or receipts?
How is it acceptable for customers to be left hanging for nearly a week over your staffās mistake?
This is the most unprofessional experience Iāve ever had with a restaurant. The communication is horrible, the staff is untrained, and the customer service is nonexistent. If I could give zero stars, I would.
I want my refund issued immediately. And for anyone thinking of ordering from this place donāt waste your time or your money. Their hospitality and communication are absolutely terrible. I can see if they let me keep the food they didnāt and they messed it up from the jump dominos would

Been waiting since 7:30pm for my food .It is now 10:19pm and they still havenāt delivered my food .I just got off phone and now theyāre saying they will not be delivering food . Now all restaurants are close. Worst experience I ever went through .

I only frequent 2 pizza establishments in Chicago so I was very hesitant but it was late and didn't have too many options I ordered a half cheese half veggie and the pizza was decent I only say decent becuz the sauce was a tad bit salty in my opinion but it was tolerable its not a disappointment tho. They should have turkey or chicken sausage tho I mean come on it's goin on 2025

I only gave 3ā due to, a previous visit..
There was a customer, who came after me, while I was waiting, for 10-15min., Yet got served before me, within the 15min., I was waiting..
(They seen me standing in the lobby, @ the counter, to be served. But servers a customer before me, who came after me)
The pizza still good though. Just haven't been, in awhile.
Parking: There's parking due to other businesses in the mini mall.
Kid-friendliness: Children are welcome in the atmosphere.
