Jérémy is absolutely amazing and a true gem at the bar! His personality and cocktails are legit AMAZING
Celebrated our wedding anniversary. Staff started us out for a very nice glass of sparkling. Very nice touch. Branzino was excellent. Staff was exceptional.
It was my birthday, I travelled from Barbados To Chicago to spend some Time, they served me well and even surprised me with a little happy birthday cupcake. I love it !
Our server Laura was the best server we have ever had! She was soooo nice and kind and attentive and she made our 28th anniversary just perfect! She was always smiling! The food was amazing! From the housemade pretzels, to the perfect wedge salad and chicken and ending with the most stunning & delicious chocolate marshmallow dessert. Service from Laura and everyone at Adorn was a 100 out of 10!!! Thank you Adorn Team for a wonderful evening!
Alessandro was an exceptional server. From the moment we arrived, he was attentive, warm, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. Alessandro made thoughtful recommendations and ensured every detail of our meal was perfect. The entire staff went above and beyond to make our experience special. It's rare to find such genuine hospitality—this team truly cares about their guests. Highly recommend!
Comfortable and pleasant restaurant and bar, but the food was bland, uninspiring, and not worth your time.
Food orders were incorrect and had to wait longer for our main course due to a “miscommunication” so they didn’t even take ownership for messing up our food order. Salmon was overcooked, strip loin was bland though cooked properly. Hamachi was bland, focaccia was the only highlight of the evening. Even the dessert was mostly tasteless. Unbelievable this is a Four Seasons restaurant. Leave the hotel and go somewhere else. If you don’t stay at the hotel then don’t take the elevator up. Plenty of much better options around the city.

Just standard, mediocre hotel food. Was hoping more from Chef Farina. If you consider the price, 1 star.

It’s okay. Would not come back. Definitely not a Michelin guide quality of food. Ambience is blunt. Four Seasons is lovely as a hotel, but this restaurant is a “meh”.

Located in the Four Seasons hotel, I stopped by Adorn Bar & Restaurant for some after dinner drinks and dessert. The service at the bar was outstanding, the carrot cake was unique and fantastic. We will definitely be back!

The service at Adorn was simply superb. We sought a leisurely lunch with old friends, and the servers were gracious, patient, attentive, efficient, friendly but unobtrusive. They addressed me by name, explained the menu clearly, and enabled us to enjoy a wonderful reunion with very dear friends. Really, the service was as fine as any restaurant I've patronized, here or abroad. Food was very good indeed, menu was wide-ranging, and the prices were appropriate for the venue (a Four Seasons Hotel) and location (downtown Chicago). We shall return.
This was a find! I wanted a unique experience to take friends/clients to and Adorn did not disappoint. The food is amazing and the server, Eugene, was perfectly attentive. We were able to talk and enjoy every course.
As much as I love the bar the the Four Seasons Chicago, as I love any Four Seasons bar, I was entirely disappointed by the food I had for dinner at the bar one evening in August while I was in town.
Arancini, Bitter greens Caesar (with romaine lettuce swapped in for the Kale) and the Primed Beef Tartare were all uninspiring. Maybe the food is mediocre to appeal to a broad swath of patrons who might visit the hotel or the hotel bar, but it just wasn’t as impressive and I would have expected of a Four Seasons bar.
The service was exceptional, as always. And the space is quietly chic and serene.

This is my go to place for breakfast on Sundays . It is a way to set the tone for a new week with great food, service , a cortado and catch up with friends . It never disappoints!!
Paid $32 for lox and bagel and $7 for a cup of house coffee. Was told by the hostess that our table was needed for an event when we sat down despite making a reservation. Spent 2nd half of the meal sitting with bus boys and servers turning the room upside down. Average, over-priced food. Server was very nice.
