My guest and I arrived at the hostess stand as 50 guests were crowding into the dining room. It was important for us to have a quiet table where we could converse. The hostess immediately recognized the noise level in the dining room and ushered us to a round table in the lobby just outside the main restaurant. It was a perfect solution and the service was impeccable. The food was delicious. My guest enjoyed the Caesar salad with salmon and I enjoyed the turkey wrap. This is a sophisticated setting that is lovely. Some tables against the windows in the main room also have a nice view.
Overall a pleasant experience and yeahthere's a but...For a Four Season brand and also at the price point the ambiance is a understated mismatch. Appears more like a 3 star breakfast room. Shut it down and call in the designer. Professional, unobtrusive staff. Food was prepared well and portions were adequate.
Best old fashioned in the city

That was my first time and service staff from reception to waiting attendants were super excellent!! I told them I will come back!
Worst, overpriced food we have ever had at any Four Seasons! I had a spa appointment and thought it would be good to have lunch first. Needless to say, the spa was wonderful, but the restaurant was terrible. My $32 omelette was an absolute disaster— over cooked and flat. The side salad was pathetic. This used to be one of our favorite lunch spots but is now a tourist trap and to be avoided. The only positive was our server.
Atención excepcional! Rapidez en servicio y excelente calidad! Dentro de un ambiente tranquilo modernista, amplitud de ambiente ! Muy recomendable
I decided to treat myself to a one night getaway and chose the Four Seasons after seeing it ranked for the best city views. I already knew it would cost an arm and a leg, but you only live once. From the start, the experience was disappointing. I spoke with Brenda before checking in she gave me inaccurate information about deposits ($150 turned out to be $500). I was rushed through checkin, treated dismissively, and made to feel out of place because of my casual attire I assume. Even simple questions were answered without eye contact. The issues continued: I wasn’t told I needed to scan the key card to use the elevator, leaving me embarrassed in front of other guests. My suite smelled strongly of bleach, and there was no hot water in the shower. The “complimentary champagne” promised at check in never arrived until I called twice, long after my guests had already arrived. For nearly $1100 a night, I expected TOP tier service. Instead, I received disrespect I’ve had way better treatment at a Holiday Inn Express. The only positives were a comfortable bed and a nice view of downtown. Next time, I’ll book elsewhere perhaps the Sheraton. Screw you four Seasons I should’ve took my money elsewhere
Really good. Came for a birthday celebration on a Saturday, they shared complementary champagne and desert.
The service was very attentive, but not overbearing.
We had caviar service, pretzels, steak, and the seafood carbonara. Everything was very good. The only things that wasn't perfect was the salmon skin on the carbonara.
We will put Adorn on our list to come back to, especially if we stay at the hotel.

Celebrated our wedding anniversary. Staff started us out for a very nice glass of sparkling. Very nice touch. Branzino was excellent. Staff was exceptional.
It was my birthday, I travelled from Barbados To Chicago to spend some Time, they served me well and even surprised me with a little happy birthday cupcake. I love it !
July 17 my grandson treated me to a fabulous dinner at Adorn to celebrate my 80th birthday. I was greeted by the kind and friendly hostess Maggie. Maggie set the tone for the entire evening. I want to thank our waiter Eugene for his thoughtful service (including the celebratory glass of champagne. Rishaun and Ernesto were attentive and extremely professional. The food was an experience all to it’s self. The chef and the pastry chef did an outstanding job preparing and presenting a 5 star meal. I look forward to more dining experiences at Adorn.
