This was my first time visiting, about a week ago. I stepped up to the counter unsure of where to order and was redirected. I studied the menu and had a few questions about the drinks, but the cashier seemed to become visibly frustrated.
I placed my order and was told to step down to another area, as the food would be ready in a different section. I walked over to that section, which had a very long counter with no signage. I asked the person behind the counter...

I went for the first time today. The food was amazing. I got the breakfast burrito with duck bacon. It was one of the best breakfast burritos I've ever had. The staff was friendly and considerate. I would definitely recommend.
