The security guy got rude because i handed him my expired id , stood up in my face when i handed him the current one. He was intent on having a bad attitude . I aske if i could talk to his boss and he acted like a child and kept saying i cant hear you . Hear this

I met an old friend of mine that I used to do karaoke with in Germany at her recommendation. This place was everything I could ask for in a karaoke bar. Great sound system, good queue management, friendly staff and an absolute blast. Kelsey took good care of us behind the bar, and Joe kept the night rolling with the tunes. If I lived here. I would be a regular.My only gripe is that my friend is in a wheelchair and there’s a pretty big step up to get in the place. He managed but if you have a motorized chair it might be difficult. The bathroom was a tight squeeze but manageable

And to the Owner, this issue of poor customer service has been ongoing for 4 years, and nothing has changed. Pls don’t reply with a sorry apology! Do your job and fix the flaws of your business! Sadly, I will never come back or recommend this place to anyone in my life! Very unfortunate!

I was a regular here off and on for 4 years. Unfortunately it’s time to part ways! Every time I come here they act brand new, always push me down the karaoke list so they can put their friends on! It’s childish, I work in the industry myself and this is just BAD business! Only rejects are welcomed here! Bunch of foolishness poor customer service skills! And I tip, guess Industry Business insnt welcomed here! I’ve had it with the poor customer service and favoritism! Yet I’ve been coming here for over 4 years and get treated like I’m nothing!! Never again! I tried!

I was excited to try this place again once I heard it was under new ownership but was severely disappointed. The bartenders were rude and repeatedly got our very simple drink orders wrong (and yes, we were tipping well). The bathroom situation here is a nightmare. The man running karaoke will not let you go up or cut you off early if he doesn’t personally like your song choice. Made me and my friends wait 3 hours for a karaoke song on my birthday and when we finally asked about it, then told us it wasn’t going to be our turn anytime soon despite the fact that the same 3-4 people were continually going up and singing several songs. Absolutely ruined my night and was one of many terrible experiences I’ve had here. The guy that runs karaoke is a bitter old man. Do not go here. We had a much better time down the street at Edelweiss Tavern where the staff was incredibly kind, the karaoke and vibes were fun, and we received the drinks that we ordered.
