Chicken tendies are phenomenal!
$3 hams is hard to beat!
Food was good! Super chill vibe. Love that you can substitute fries for a salad at no charge. Def will be coming back here! Great burger.
Update: second time here, server was extremely rude and kept rolling his eyes. Still tipped 20% but it was not welcoming

The Avondale Tap is a cool, chill spot to grab drinks and food. The staff is always friendly and attentive, making for a pleasant dining experience. The menu offers a range of options, including the popular B.LA.A.T. (B.LT) and the duck grinder, as well as a fried chicken sandwich and a burger that customers love. The outdoor patio is dog-friendly, and service is spot on, with frequent but not annoying check-ins. The bar has a huge beer selection and a cozy, relaxed atmosphere, perfect for trivia night or watching sports on the TVs. Main plates are all around 18 dollars, and the place is not too loud, making it a favorite neighborhood spot.
