In Chicago for 4th of July weekend and wife's birthday and took her to Alla Vita. Food and ambiance was amazing. Highly recommend Table Bread, Ricotta Dumplings, Paccheri and Chicken Parm. Paccheri is a simple dish, just pasta and sauce, but done so well it made want to order myself. Interior space was very unique and perfect for a special dinner.

First and foremost, the rigatoni with vodka sauce is out of this world! The sauce is perfection, noodles amazing, & the sauce to noodles ratio is 10/10. Service is good, space is cool, menu is simple yet interesting enough, food is always solid, & they went incredibly above and beyond to make my friends birthdays special with delicious desserts & putting their names on the menus. One of my favorite places!

I really liked this place and would definitely come back! Food was delicious and atmosphere amazing. We did have to wait a little bit but the place was packed so it was reasonable. Our server wasn’t the best but at the end we even got an ice cream on the house. I recommend getting their famous rigatoni alla vodka.
