Sepia was a culinary experience that did not disappoint. For starters, come hungry because both my friend and I left stuffed, something that is not always typical of a Michelin star restaurant with a tasting menu. Fantastic food here. It's flawless from a taste and presentation stand point. The only issue - portions are never enough! The appetizers were great. The carrot soup was thick and rich, with a nice play on the texture with the pecan granola. Chicken was grilled to perfection as well, a lot like Roister.
