Favorite Indian spot. Food is absolutely delicious l, fresh, and authentic. Incredibly flavorful and very reasonably priced for the city. The service is excellent, the gentleman that is usually serving is so so kind. My go to is the chicken bindaloo. I love spicy and it is spicy! Chicken is fall off the fork tender and love that it is served with a salad, yogurt, rice, and naan. Highly recommend!!!!
Fantastic food and the owner + counter worker are such lovely guys—I frequently buy lunch here and their greetings and smiles always make my day. Highly recommend.
The food is so delicious and the people working there are so very nice. I try to stop by a couple times a week.

Klay Oven Kitchen serves some of the best Indian food in Chicago, with the chicken vindaloo being a must-try dish. However, recent changes in portion sizes and flavors have left some customers disappointed. While prices have increased, portion sizes have decreased, and the food seems less flavorful than before. The naan is now smaller and not as good, and dishes like rice and dal makhani are served in much smaller portions. Despite its previous popularity, some diners may be hesitant to return due to these changes.
