Ann, the receptionist/customer support person (she answers the phone so not sure of her title), is FABULOUS. I was in desperate need of PULLMAN BREAD sliced lengthwise. After calls and stops and many grocery stores, I came up with nothing. Ann was VERY supportive and accommodating, working with the route supervisor, getting me the bread I needed.
My experience has been that the company itself is a good place to work and the pay for the positions they offer are good but the culture that has been created mostly by the employees is not a good one for example you ask for a hand and you get your trying to do things the right way well I don't know any other way.
