I don’t know how they have 4.1 stars on Google that pretty sketchy to me first of all the attitude and ill manners at this location is unreal. The bathroom is filthy. I asked her for a fork and instead of handing it to me as we were right next to each other she throws it on the counter, where I can imagine countless hands have been thank you 100 times it will never tell you you’re welcome, this place is definitely not worth the money and the 4.1 stars on Google is definitely a lie

This place is horrible. The two waitresses in there have attitude problems they ask you for a tip right when you pay but everything is self-serve. I asked for a fork and instead of handing it to me she throws it across the counter where 1000 people have put their fingers, yeah no never again not this place definitely not worth the money and it's bathroom is filthy

Great experience!!! We tool our family, that's was visiting from Texas, to Al's. What a great experience. Beefs were great, and the staff was friendly and funny. We will be back for another beef soon!!! Thanks!!!!

The people who take the order seem so rude. They are on their phone so I feel like I am bothering them. If I take too long to order they walk away and I’m not even taking long. I try to hurry. They don’t ask about the rewards. I just think they need to be more nice and more friendly. The sausage I got for my dad looked like a hot dog and usually it’s not that small. But yeah don’t like the atmosphere there.
