I felt my particular sandwich didn't have much flavor even after being dipped in the gravy. I expected it to be an explosion of salty tasty beef flavors. It was my first Italian beef- so maybe I was just expecting something different than what Italian beef actually is.
Great food and staff, it just looks like their closed. They need to have thier open sign on and have another one so poeple know their open.
