I waited 25 minutes for a salad and Turkey sandwich
wow. the new store concept totally misses the mark. cold, sterile, bright.
looks like they cheapened the place up. 2 other customers & service was much slower. order process takes longer. food prep takes longer. sandwich was missing oil that was ordered.
I think potbelly just wrote a new chapter in the book, How to Destroy a Good Thing.
This is my last time that I will come back to this potbelly, HORRIBLE!!! I really luv potbelly sandwiches, but on this location is the 3rd time that They were barely a few ingredients, almost a flat sandwich, empty! I really don't recommend this location!

This location can get very busy around lunch but still never waited too long. The sandwiches are consistently warm, fresh, and taste amazing, and the toasted bread makes such a difference. The staff is friendly and efficient. The shop itself is clean and has a relaxed, welcoming vibe. Pre-ordering via the app is great and it is easy to create a sandwich that is exactly how you would like it. The food is fresh and tastes great. Delicious sandwich shop with many options to choose from. Super friendly staff and very reasonably priced meals. The team is helpful and kind, even helping with a refund and a free bag of chips when something looked off. It’s definitely a reliable spot for a satisfying sandwich and a great overall experience.
