Pizza is pretty good but they never answer their phones... I usually call and if they don't answer, I call elsewhere. Im sure the owner is losing a ton of money in lost orders. Last time I called an hour before they close and the lady who answered said they are no longer taking new orders..
We've been getting Al's pizza for years and love it. The thin crust is our favorite. Recently, the management changed and i noticed a difference. When i walked inside to pickup my carryout order, no one was in sight. I waited quite awhile before someone came from the back to help me. I can understand if something was keeping the staff from being available right away but this could reflect poorly for new customers.But the real poor reflection were the signs posted for...
Great food!! But there are some days when I call for delivery, they put you straight to hold music long enough(I’ve been on hold for over ten minutes, so I have time for this review) to frustrate you into just hanging up!! VERY DISAPPOINTING ALS!! ?
