My spouse and I had the pork belly and panang curry with tofu, and I had a Thai iced tea. The food was delicious and we had leftovers to take home. Highly recommend!

The taste of the food itself is great.

However, I ordered through GrubHub and put special instructions for the spice level. Upon arriving to pick up, I was not told the special instructions could not be met. I walked home, started eating, and immediately my mouth was on fire. I called to see if I could just walk back and replace with a new order at a lower spice level. The lady on the phone said that “next time” I should do something different and I told her that I had JUST eaten there yesterday and had special instructions that also weren’t met. Her response was then “oh, well next time.” And then I was like ok can I not just come in and get a corrected item? And she was adamant that NEXT time I could do something different and that the chiles are different everyday. Understandable about the chiles, but not understandable that I’m spending $$ here and you’re not willing to help out. She eventually says I can come back and they will ADD WATER to my order if it’s too spicy for me. Add water? Seriously?

She also would NOT stop cutting me off when I was trying to explain the steps I’d taken already. Which is extremely rude. How are you goin g to respond to someone and you’re not even hearing the words coming out of their mouth before speaking over them?

So at that point I told her I’d just request a refund through Grubhub, and at that very moment she changed her mind and said I could come back and they’d remake a new one. She was adamant about remaking it at this point and asked me not to request a refund, even if I re-ordered the same thing after I refunded.

She didn’t even know that I hadn’t paid the restaurant directly, and assumed I had which is why so set on not helping me. Had I not ordered through an app where refunds are possible, she wouldn’t have offered to help me by replacing or refunding. So I would’ve been SOL.

Says a lot about their business style and lack of customer service or respect for others.

Her tone, cutting me off, and her responses were the sole reason I refunded and ended up eating somewhere else. I would’ve just come by and waited for a remake. Now, I won’t be eating here again so this interaction also resulted in a loss of business for them after I had eaten here 3 times in a row actually... Imagine that! Stop being greedy and disrespectful to your paying customers and human beings.

Really enjoyed our meal here! The menu has a great mix of Thai favorites and sushi options, which makes it perfect for groups who like variety. The dishes were flavorful and fresh — the pad thai was delicious, and the sushi rolls were nicely prepared with good texture and presentation. Portions were generous too.

The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere felt relaxed and comfortable. It’s a great spot for a casual lunch or dinner in the South Loop.

I got the pink lady, the viva Chicago, and crab Rangoon. Everything was delicious, I loved the crab Rangoon! So delicious and the salmon and the yellowtail just melts in your mouth.

Food was flavorful. The pad Thai was the best dish that our group ordered. The Penang curry was good; it was thickened with something unfamiliar, however. The beef on one of the noodle dishes was tough and hard to eat, but the noodles were delicious. Unfortunately the dinner resulted in prolonged indigestion. I would not go back.

Great Thai restaurant that was a few blocks away from my hotel. I ordered the Crying Tiger dish with a Boba tea for dinner on Saturday night. Excellent food and service.
