Sofi, near our hotel in Chicago was generally enjoyable dining. Service was quite good. While the tables seemed a bit close, the restaurant was comfortable. There is dining on the street as well. The wine list was not exciting, but the pricing of the wine was reasonable. The specials included fried squash blossoms stuffed with mozzarella - they were lightly breaded and notably good. Incredible food and incredible service. Authentic bolognese and delicious tiramisu.
Sofi is truly our home away from home. The food is always incredible, but it’s the staff who make it unforgettable — they’ve become like family to us. Their kindness, warmth, and the way they take care of us every single time means more than they know. Thank you for everything you do for us. Happy 4th of July!
