If only there was a way to skip the check-in process, then would highly recommend and return, although when you have less than 24-hours to celebrate getting away in Chicago you might evaluate losing an hour plus waiting in line to start staying with this establishment.

That being said, the drinks and breakfast exceeded our expectations. A corner room view to industrial hvacs and bricks are also to be expected.

I had a wonderful time staying here. The room was beautiful, spacious, and clean, with windows that had a great view of the city and lake. The lobby is gorgeous and the bar had a great vibe for grabbing a couple of drinks. The bartender Armani was friendly and knowledgable. I will be staying here again next time I'm in Chicago!

I was so excited for this historic dining experience. I thought it would be amazing traditional service and exquisite food. Imagine my surprise to learn that napkins were at a “premium” and had to ask for one and then they took the fork from my salad plate and placed it on the bread plate for me to use again with my entree. Gasp. I was never offered a second glass of wine and while the Cod was fine, nothing worth writing home about. I mentioned bread and was told there was...
