This place was a great find! Generous portions, friendly staff, great atmosphere. We were happy to find it on our first morning in Chicago, and came back every morning of our stay.Wheelchair accessibility: Though the main entrance is not accessible the staff has been very accommodating in finding an alternate entrance for my Husband.
I only had a latte coffee and a key lime pie, and both were outstanding. Best key lime pie I've ever had, in fact (it's made in-house). Jennifer, the proprietress, is spritzing with personality and is a perfectly gracious hostess. The atmosphere is a mixture of quaint and stylish. Absolutely lovely.

I LOVE IT HERE!!!! Been coming to 3rd coast for the last three years pretty consistently. The staff is incredible, the food is SUPERB! that coronation chicken salad sandwich pops into my mind randomly all the time. The best of the best.
