Visited on a whim and was not disappointed. The pollo asada was the waiter’s recommendation and it did not disappoint. I will definitely visit that dish again!

Second year we've catered for our annual family holiday Christmas and as always a hit. The Elote corn was horrible but everything else was great 👍🏽

The 18% gratuity that wasn't earned was a problem. The margaritas were tasty.

Americanos is a vibrant and welcoming spot that offers a fresh, modern take on classic American comfort food. The atmosphere is upbeat without feeling chaotic, with stylish décor and a warm energy that makes it great for everything from a casual lunch to an evening out. The staff keep things running smoothly, providing friendly, attentive service that enhances the overall experience.

The menu offers plenty to enjoy, with standout dishes that are flavorful, well-prepared, and thoughtfully presented. Burgers, tacos, and signature bowls are especially strong, showcasing quality ingredients and balanced seasoning. While a few items could use a touch more punch to reach five-star perfection, the overall consistency is impressive. With its lively vibe, good food, and dependable service, Americanos is a solid go-to for a satisfying, enjoyable meal.

I want to like Americanos, I really do. We have been here several times as we like to support local establishments, but it is never good. 1. You have to order chips and salsa, they do not provide even one complimentary serving. The chips were cold and the salsa has no taste at all, it seemed like they just dumped tomato sauce out of a can. 2. The chicken for the kids tacos is spicy. Most kids just don’t like spicy. Some good old-fashioned taco ground beef would be perfect. And the fries are undercooked. 3. Food is expensive. I get it is everywhere, but it has always felt a bit more expensive than it needs to be. 4. The fajitas come on a plastic plate, no sizzling fajitas there. The steak was hard to chew through, but I guess the taste was fine. 5. I had asked for no cilantro and my dish came literally filled with cilantro. OK, mistakes happen. And I guess I didn’t mind waiting a long time to get another order since I felt that meant they actually remade it. 6. We had to ask for ketchup, salt, and napkins. We ordered fries, At least bring the ketchup. 7. We were clearly done, had reluctantly wrapped up some of the leftovers, And waiting at least 15 minutes for the check, I had to end up asking a different server for the check. I just think there are a few tweaks they can make that would make it so much better. Especially the chips and salsa. You have to at least have good chips and salsa!

As you walk in we were able to sit ourselves. Sat at a booth and was definitely enough room for us. I like the booths with optional seats. Except the booths do not have cushions, especially for your back. Service was quick. It seems to be family owned. It was 3 of us and they have a special for $30. It comes with 6 tacos, rice, and beans. I definitely recommend if you want to try different tacos for cheaper. I really enjoyed the chorizo taco. My cousin said the elote poblano taco was amazingly good. The steak was tender just needed a bit more season. The chicken taco has good flavor and per the other guest al pastor was tasty as well. The harbeño margarita has great flavor.

Every visit to Americanos has been a wonderful experience! The tacos never disappoint—we always order the 12-taco platter, which comes with rice and beans at a very reasonable price. My favorite drink is the horchata; it’s creamy, refreshing, and the closest I’ve had to the one my mom makes. The salsas are also delicious, though be warned—the red one is very spicy, so I wouldn’t recommend it if you don’t enjoy heat!
Overall, Americanos offers excellent quality food, outstanding service, and great value. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a place with authentic flavors and a welcoming atmosphere.

We have used Americanos for catering 3 times now and they have been wonderful! AJ is very accommodating and responsive to messaging. The taco servings are generous and have plenty of salsa and fixings. It is always a crowd pleaser! We have ordered chicken, al pastor and streak tacos as well as the steak quesadillas. All delicious!
