Gelato is good, the floor layout is wack. For some reason you have to check in at the center of the counter and then wait in the middle of the entry-door until you get called, which is confusing AF for people who come in and think they're standing in line. (Sorry guys the 8.5x11 laminated signs don't rectify this).

Gelato is icy, overly sweet. This is ice cream texture, not gelato. Pistachio doesn’t taste real at all, too artificial.

Javier is the man! (Guy in the first pic). The guy was SWEATING, handling an entire rush by himself and all with a smile. He made every guest feel seen and welcomed. Stellar service made the product taste even better. Quality Gelato. I had the blueberry cheesecake/amerena(cherry)/chocolate and in a cup and all three flavors were delicious. Not too sweet or tart. Very balanced. Atmosphere is nice. Comfortable and inviting. Highly recommend and will be back.

I just love the way Amorino serve their gelato. They shape it into a flower, with each petal being a different flavor if you like. Must ask for pistachio and salted caramel.
