Elizabeth was amazing and helped decide what flavors me and my sister wanted to try. Gelato tasted wonderful and flavorful and I will be coming back again!

I usually come here pretty regularly and have had decent experiences in the past, but my visit on September 26, 2025, around 4 PM left me genuinely disappointed.
There were two employees working behind the counter (a young woman and a young man) and unfortunately, their behavior and attitude during our visit were far from professional.
First interaction: I approached the counter with my wife and ordered both a small cone and a small cup in one sentence. I paid with my card and then took a seat while my wife was about to choose her flavors. At that point, the cashier asked her for a credit card, which confused us, I had assumed I paid for both. When I politely said, “Oh, I thought I had paid for both,” the cashier snapped back, in a cold, dismissive tone: “No, I asked YOU if that was it and YOU said yes.”
I get that misunderstandings happen, but the tone and attitude were completely unnecessary. There was no effort to clarify or resolve the situation kindly. It felt more like we were a nuisance.
Second interaction: My wife then asked for a sample of one of the flavors. The male employee handed it to her in such a dismissive, almost vulgar way: leaning on one hip, handing it over with his arm resting on his side, and not even looking at her. The body language felt rude and indifferent. It left a really uncomfortable impression.
While we were eating: We noticed both employees dancing and singing along loudly to the music, with one of them even shaking their behind in a way that was hard to ignore. It just felt incredibly unprofessional, especially in a family-friendly establishment. Honestly, it ruined the experience for us.
We also saw two young girls come in and ask for free ice cream and the same employee gave it to them, no questions asked. I’m all for generosity, but it felt like a lack of boundaries or consistency in how customers are treated.
I've been coming here often, ever since the opening of this location. Some of the staff are particularly great and kind and friendly. These two were not it. It almost makes me not want to come back because of the terrible taste this visit left in my mouth.
