Me and my friend stopped in last week out of curiosity and Rolando Tacos didn't disappoint. The carne asada was tasty and cooked well, while the burrito held together well enough for me to steal a bite from my friend's plate. The service was welcoming and our little waiter was very helpful in bringing us our chips and salsa. The restaurant is family-owned and well-priced, which will keep me coming back.
I was looking forward to these tacos considering all the positive reviews, I was excited. I ordered around 12 pm, and my order was ready in about 10 minutes. I ordered the steak and alpastor tacos. First impression, the steak meat looked a bit different compared to other restaurants and had a different texture. Not the best steak tacos, I would rate it a 2.5 out of a 10. Easily the best taco’s I’ve had in a long time. I’m normally not a fan of the corn tortillas but the flavor of the asada, onions, and cilantro with the verde sauce was brilliant. This is a great place to go to if you live nearby or are just visiting the
