Great food and very clean. Service was great from start to finish. As we walked in the hostess had refreshing energy. Our server was kind and attentive. They bussed our table as we finished our dishes. It was a nice family environment and great way to start our holiday !!

The food we had was great (Aviator and Reuben)! The chicken in the Aviator sandwich was not dry. The food was fresh, to include our sides, which were sweet potato fries and onion rings. The only downside is that everything on the menu is overpriced, but we were thoroughly happy with our airport meal. Please note: This is a restaurant and bar, not an Italian restaurant.
Andiamo is a typical hotel restaurant when it comes to menu variety. The food quality and presentation is above average. The bolognese was a bit watery/oily, but the noodles were seasoned well and sauce had good flavors. The desert buttercake was quality, but over cooked/dry. The flavor was spot on and hopefully the dryness was a one off event. They don’t make fresh iced tea which is odd for the volume of those ordering it in the restaurant. The atmosphere is basic and impeded by noise from the bar area which gets rather loud. Hugo, the server, was on top of it and provided phenomenal service!

Andiamo sits in that strange space that only an airport hotel bar can hold. After a delayed flight, with legs tired and brain running on low battery, it felt like the most practical choice. The room was lit by large screens looping through endless sports, with stranded travelers leaning into their drinks and quiet conversations. In the middle of that, Mohssine worked the bar with a kind of calm precision. He kept the counter spotless, moved with intention, and actually watched his customers. That simple act of paying attention felt rare and oddly comforting.
The food did not quite rise to the same level. The birria pizza sounded promising on the menu and turned out to be a misstep on the plate. The beef was heavy, with big chunks of fat where tender pulled meat should have been. On top of that came a thick layer of pico de gallo. In theory it made sense, in practice it pushed everything out of balance. The whole thing tasted more like a confused taco than a pizza, without the joy of either. It was still edible, just flat and forgettable. The evening ended up carried more by the atmosphere at the bar and by Mohssine’s quiet care than by what was served. In a long travel day, sometimes the memory that stays is not the meal, but the simple relief of someone behind the counter who still takes pride in paying attention.

Excellent service. Pepperoni pizza was really good
Nice chill spot to get some grub. Daniel was our server and did a fantastic job. Very attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. Started off with the artichoke dip, Turkey burger with steak fries, salmon with mixed veggies and mashed potatoes. Everything was flavorful and delicious. Would recommend. 5 stars all day. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The pizza is truly terrible.
Pizza tasted like cardboard. Watery sauce and flavorless cheese. I rarely if ever leave 1 star reviews but yeesh...you're best off getting food from somewhere else

Bears game on. Two seats at the bar. Only tv in the bar not playing the game. Asked bartender if he could switch it to the game. His response “not now the remotes at the other end of the bar.” (8 feet away) said it like we were idiots bothering him. Then proceeded to stand at the other end of bar for the rest of the game and never changed the channel. Same bartender when we stayed here our last flight and was just as rude and unpleasant. I never leave a one star. This guy was horrible, rude and ignorant. No wonder his place has horrible reviews.

Restaurantji Recommends
The manager Melissa was rude and sarcastic no empathy no customer service skills, since they are not apart of the hotel they admitted they can treat people however they want
Disgusting customer service, as flight crew having to stay in the dusty rooms the least the restaurant can do is offer customer service, very rude,

Bad service and even worse food. My wife and I went for breakfast and the eggs in the eggs benedict were cold and my French toast tasted like artificial fruit flavoring. It was incredibly expensive for what it is. Do not waste your money on bad food.

I am an adult but I love chicken tenders and fries, I asked to one of the ladies at the cafeteria if I could order chicken tenders to what she said: Sorry that’s only in the kids menu and it is served only for breakfast and lunch to what I said if I could order something similar and she recommended me a whole chicken breast that is in the menu and I said ok, I was charged almost $37 and when I got to my room I was so disappointed seeing the plate, 2 small pieces of chicken breast, tons of veggies and mega thick French fries, plus it was not tasty at all. Please avoid wasting your money like that.

I had the beef tips with sweet potato fries and coleslaw. I ate a few fries, the coleslaw, and few bites of the beef. The beef was not good at all. Too much sauce and no flavor otherwise. Not an enjoyable place for a meal after traveling all day,
