Bad service and even worse food. My wife and I went for breakfast and the eggs in the eggs benedict were cold and my French toast tasted like artificial fruit flavoring. It was incredibly expensive for what it is. Do not waste your money on bad food.

I am an adult but I love chicken tenders and fries, I asked to one of the ladies at the cafeteria if I could order chicken tenders to what she said: Sorry that’s only in the kids menu and it is served only for breakfast and lunch to what I said if I could order something similar and she recommended me a whole chicken breast that is in the menu and I said ok, I was charged almost $37 and when I got to my room I was so disappointed seeing the plate, 2 small pieces of chicken breast, tons of veggies and mega thick French fries, plus it was not tasty at all. Please avoid wasting your money like that.

I had the beef tips with sweet potato fries and coleslaw. I ate a few fries, the coleslaw, and few bites of the beef. The beef was not good at all. Too much sauce and no flavor otherwise. Not an enjoyable place for a meal after traveling all day,
Not impressed-even comparing it to other airport options. Service started rude and ended inattentive. Food was terrible. Tried four different items for dinner, all very bad. Left feeling dissatisfied with everything except the company I brought with me. Drink prices were ok but glasses dirty and bartender broke the cork opening a 2023. I’m not saying avoid, just keep the expectations low.
Great breakfast. Either buffet or al la carte
Our server Tarik was outstanding and super attentive & friendly! Due to a delayed flight, our day had went much less than optimal but our meal was a well needed upside. We got the minestrone soup (of the day), aviator chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries, and the oven broasted chicken. All of it was delicious, cooked well, proper temperature, generous portions. Sweet potato fries were especially good and the broasted chicken was very moist. Would definitely recommend stopping here for lunch or dinner. Prices are no different than eating outside of the airport. The restaurant seemed dimly lit and everyone seated was spaced out, but not a true concern for the ambiance
My wife and I decided to try Andiamo and were so pleased! The service by Tarik C was superb as he took care of us on a personal level. You would do well to ask to be seated in his area. I’ve not had anything quite as enjoyable dining out before. We truly think if you are at the Hilton O’hare it’s worth the stop. The spinach artichoke was yummy and real with salmon cooked perfectly as the main course. Kudos to the chef!
Had the Pan Seared Salmon and it was delicious! WOW! Also the service was exceptional! Tarik Chahouati was our server and it was a treat to have him serve us! He is friendly, quick and goes out of his way to create a WOW experience for me and my husband. Thank you!
I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at the O’Hare Hilton Andiamo location on election night.
I had come to the hotel bar with the intention of watching the election results and enjoying a couple of drinks. Unfortunately, I was frustrated to find that all the televisions were showing sports, rather than any coverage of the election. Several patrons, including myself, politely asked the bar manager if at least one of the TVs could be switched to CNN or another channel covering the election.
Rather than addressing the request with any understanding or willingness to accommodate, the manager responded by loudly instructing guests to stop asking or to leave. His aggressive tone and refusal to make any adjustments made the experience incredibly unpleasant. As a result, my group and I decided to leave the bar.
As a Hilton guest, I was shocked by this level of customer service and the complete disregard for the interests and comfort of your patrons. I understand there are various factors involved in managing a bar, but simply being responsive to reasonable requests, especially on a night as significant as election night, would have gone a long way.
I hope you will take this feedback into consideration, as I have always had positive experiences with Hilton properties in the past. This incident, unfortunately, left a negative impression and has made me hesitant to return to this location.
Thank you for your time and attention. I
look forward to hearing from you.

Good vegan options! Expectations as a vegan for hotel restaurants are usually pretty low but the food really surprised us. The spicy vegan burger was great, had a good flavor (like maybe a veggie chorizo base mixed with something) and came with avocado and lettuce on a vegan bun. Sweet potato fries were really crispy and delicious.
The power greens salad was also really good; had baby spinach, heirloom tomatoes, peppers, etc with mango chimichurri dressing!
The red lentil rotini came with been chorizo and cooked spinach; it was also pretty tasty but not quite as good as the others and was pretty oily. Overall a good meal! Not cheap but it's an airport hotel so not unreasonable given that.
Vegetarian options: Spicy vegan burger, vegan red lentil rotini, power greens salad is veg and can be made vegan, impossible burger on non vegan bun, typical breakfast options.
Dietary restrictions: Good vegetarian and vegan options

The bar had a limited menu because they don't have enough cooks in the kitchen to run the restaurant.
The food that they did have was pretty bland in flavor and the mule drink that they made tasted like Vicks vaporub.
I should have stuck with a plain old burger and fry because it probably would have been better than what I ordered with the chicken aviator.

well if the only choice you have is this place, then I suggest starve. Had a Ruben and it tasted like nothing, The price in the menu was different than the menu board at the entry. Te order came out quick, thus the one star, but it took them 30 minutes get me the bill. And, what happen to having katchup at the table, they gave the micro serving and waited 30 minutes for them to return to the table, then I asked to take them to the room, the servers eyes rolled so many times I hope she didnt have a problem. Food was bad and tasteless

Imagine this dish: Egg Sandwich on Brioche with Wisconsin cheddar and buttermilk fried onions.Sounds pretty great, right?I got a store bought hamburger bun with a slice of kraft American cheese and those fried onions that come in a bottle. The "Americano" was burnt coffee. The server was super nice when I saw him to order and the one other time when I wandered around the restaurant looking for him to get my check. Total bro tho.
