Very tasty Italian Beef sandwich! I got it spicy, with a delicious pickled jalapeno relish. Looks like good drinks available too.
While all the other food lines were super long, I traveled to the end of concourse B and hung a right to find Galileo's at the end of the road. Great bartender, stiff drink, and only a 2 option menu; Chicago dog or an Italian Beef Sandwich. Chicago dog for the win!!
Ok so. The thing that makes a sandwich great is the bread. The bread was soft. But it's cold. I wish they had the option to warm or toast the bun a little and it would have been perfect for what is considered the bar of airport food lol. The lady was nice and helpful. Meat was good. The pickled vegetables tho are the highlight of the sandwich. They are spicy.
