Everything was great.
Host was on phone while seating us and just pointed at qr code on wall above table. I was able to look at menu but requested a hard menu. A waitress gave us one and got our drink order. I ordered our food online and it was delivered. The pizza was very hood and the salad was very refreshing. Although most of the transaction was done online, the service could have been better.
I stop here every time I come through this airport, specifically for the WONDERFUL server, Constantine. He's the star of the show(the salmon and cocktails are good too). Such a bright soul.
I met the chef this evening too. Didn't catch his name, but he was a delight as well!

Though some reviews mention that the pizza crust was more like a thin crust and not as fresh as expected, the ingredients were still good. Desserts like cake are average but still enjoyable. Overall, with a little more attention to freshness, this place could be even better, but it remains one of the nicer options inside O'Hare Airport.
