This is my go-to Starbucks whenever I go through Chicago O'Hare. They offer mobile ordering and I always get my order in a timely manner. It's also a central area in Concourse B, so you walk pass it whenever you are flying domestically.

genuinely slowest service ever while another starbucks that was two minutes away was bustling with service and customers.
This is the slowest starbucks I've ever visited. They only have one register open and presumably the manager is just standing there watching. Also had an extremely rude power tripping airport employee in front of me who wouldn't advance the line, even when asked. I went to a Jamba Juice and got my order in a fraction of the time i waited in line at starbucks. Between this and other horrible experiences and starbucks putting mystery powder in their shakes, I'll never spend my money...read full review
