Great burger toasted bun but if you want condiments you must ask. Everything came out hot. Will come again if I’m ever in this airport
This was a decent place to get a sausage while waiting for my plane to arrive
The food is great! The service and ambience not so much. The kitchen looks like it could use a good cleaning. The cashier could hardly speak a word of English. They won’t offer a cup of water, just bottles that they sell.
They used to let you complete your hamburger with available condiments, but now they have some guy doing it to save money. He said people were taking too much of the condiments. Whenever I am in ORD Terminal 1, this os a great go-to place.
