My husband, friend and I were at this location at 8:30 PM on Sunday, April 7.. We were reading the menu when the rudest server began yelling at us to hurry up and order as they were about to close. No one deserves to be treated like we were treated. The food was just okay and we’d never visit this establishment ever again after our encounter with Caryl!

Chicken sandwich was dry, fries were hot but tasted raw, burger I was told was good. Ham and egg was dry This is typical airport food ! Bland dry and tasteless. I should have known better. Thankfully we are excited about our trip to not worry about it. Personally I am looking forward to the food on the flight. Has to be better than this.

Sad colorless presentation of fast food but the Chicago style spicy Italian beef, although served in a soggy bun, does have a slight kick which was nice. The workers are fast, asking and prepping your order before you even get to the front of the line to pay, so if you're in a rush it's still an okay spot to grab something between long flights.

For an Italian beef sandwich at the airport this was excellent. Spicy peppers were on point. I asked for it wet, but it was not. Other than that it was on point. I would not be disappointed to eat this away away from the airport.

Amazing Italian beef. I got the spicy one and it was wet. So beautiful and delicious and at $10, I thought a great deal as it had plenty of meat. Highly recommend.

Had the burger. It was not good.

A Chicago landmark made world famous by SNL in the early 1980s.The burgers are simple yet unique but nothing "to die for" Fries were mediocre but the burgers were pretty good. If you like White Castle, you will like this place.

The only Billy Goat Tavern I've ever been to is near the United Center--the perfect spot for a "cheezborger" (that's what they call 'em) before or after a Bulls game.So you can imagine my surprise when I found one at O'Hare. Let's get to the point--my double cheeseburger was better than any I ever had by the United Center. Better burger. Better condiments. The crinkle cut fries were the same. For a double cheeseburger, crinkle cut fries, and a lemonade it was about $14. Highly recommended!

Got a double cheeseburger with the works (which they recommended). They whipped it up in front of me and I have to say it was a good burger. Nothing revolutionary, but it definitely hit the spot. Messy but satisfying. Glad I tried it!

I think I would have had a better burger from McDonald’s in all honesty. The two Pattie’s are so thin I really thought I only got one until I looked closer. The entire burger is also incredibly dry. I don’t even know if ketchup could save it. It comes with nothing on it except a slice of cheese. Their “large” soda is 20oz which is usually considered “regular” sized in America. My BF got the chicken sandwich and it is also incredibly dry. The prices are decent when compared to most airport places but the food is barely edible.

CHEEZBORGER! CHEEZBORGER! CHEEZBORGER!OK, they are famous for their cheeseburgers, but they have another hidden gem, their Italian Beef.If you have to fly through Chicago O'Hare, and you are hungry, really hungry, you have to try this thing. It's big, it's delicious and you will want to take a nap afterwards. Breakfast of Champions! And easy to find: Go to the middle of the C Concourse, across from the escalator, find the food court. Go all the way to the back and there they are. Always friendly and courteous and quick...and yummy. It's the best and most cost effective meal in the airport. I stop by every time I'm here. Thank you guys!

I swear O'hare restaurants do not know how to hold on to their food suppliers. I used to say Billy Goat had some of the best Chicago style food in the airport. Not anymore. I am giving that award back to Skybridge. Plus hire employees that know how to prepare a sandwich and listen to the customer's requests. So yesterday I ordered a beef sandwich and fries. Yes this location serves fries. So basically it's not a real Billy Goat restaurant. The sandwich I didn't want very juicy with sweet peppers. So you know from my past reviews of airport restaurants I work there. So I'm in the middle of an 11 hour shift. I get my order and the juice from the beef is pouring from the bottom of the paper bag and all over my uniform. They drenched the sandwich. I get back to my office and took one bite and it's absolutely flavorless. Plus the fries were burnt. I'm pissed because I have to work another 6 hours. I know there are other problems in the world but cmon 14 bucks for a beef, fry and a drink. Not horrible for airport standard pricing but get employees that know how to pack a sandwich especially a juicy one. Container would of been nice. They swapped it out for a triple burger which is about the same price for the meal as the beef meal. Their beefs used to be good. That's why I took away the award for the best beef from Skybridge and now I'm giving it back to them. They've improved on their beef sandwiches. The burgers from Billy Goat are still good. That's why they get 3 stars.

Billy Goat at ORD is very good at what they do. I was rushing to my gate and picked up their Denver breakfast sandwich, which is egg with peppers an onions for $8.29. The bun was a hamburger bun toasted on the grill. While that doesn't sound like much, it was absolutely delicious. The place reminded me of a local family grill. I travel quite a bit and have walked right past it as it is nestled toward the back of a food court. The crew appears to be family and friends so they work very well together. The prices are very reasonable, and the next time I'm in ORD, I will try their ribeye sandwich for lunch.

Since it was a long day and we were hangrryyyyyy. Getting food at Terminal 1 was priority. So we ordered a double hamboorger(weird spelling I know) and Chicago style Italian beef spicy. The burger or Boorger was good. It could have been better with good sauces or more cheese but the meat was good. The bun was good. Overall a good burger. surely the burger Gods would agree. 3.5/5 Now let's talk about the Chicago style Italian beef and it's awesomeness. The meat was well cooked and seasoned, the sogginess of the bun was perfect from the sauce and the chillies simply gave a beautiful kick. Now that's what you need when you crave food. 4/5 A must go if you need good food at the Airport
