The sandwich was incredible (turkey ham combo)! I was pretty happy with the portions and everyone was super friendly! Will be my go to sandwich spot at ORD moving forward

The friendly staff make for a pleasant experience, despite the sandwiches being basic and bland. The fresh and tasty sandwiches are worth the slightly pricey cost, especially considering the airport setting. Customers can also enjoy a quick and simple meal without any frills at Zoots Café.
The café's chicken enchilada soup is decent, though a bit bland, while the spinach and cheese croissant is tasty, though small in size. The Intelligentsia coffee is the highlight, with its rich chocolate notes and lack of bitterness, making it the best coffee option at the airport. Unfortunately, the cheese danish has changed, now being smaller, a different shape, and lemon-flavored. However, the café maintains its fast service and excellent customer service.
