Strictly ordinary. Nothing exciting about the sandwiches at this place - they’re basic & bland. On the other hand, they don’t claim to be much more than that either. If you need a quick bit & aren’t looking for anything special, this could fit the bill.

Gabriela was wonderful, very pleasant. Unfortunately, my cafe mocha, tasted like diluted hot chocolate. Date of visit: 2/29/24

The worst service I have ever had in the US. Only one guy was friendly enough, others are not just unfriendly and lazy but also aggressive. Keep away, not worth it. I should have read reviews. I was off

I ordered an Italian sandwich from the restaurant on 1/16 and proceeded to have food poising over the next 12 hours. The sandwich was the only thing I ate that evening so it couldn’t have been anything else. I suspect the meat was bad. The health department needs to look into this place seeing as others have had similar experiences.

My partner and I both got an Italian sandwich on the 1/16/24 and we both got horrible food poisoning. Our topping varied so it was definitely the meat that was spoiled. 2 people getting sick from the same dish is a food borne outbreak… had the worst flight thanks to those sandwiches??

We had a really good experience feeding our family here. The counter staff were super friendly and kind in what I'm sure is a stressful job. It's pricey but you have to adjust for airport prices. The sandwiches are far fresher and better tasting than youll find anywhere else in the

Almost got out of line due to newest reviews but glad I didn’t. Only got the sausage egg croissant. It was tasty and warm. Hit the spot for me. Staff were nice, not overly friendly but what do you expect from an airport in the morning. I would come back.

Took 2 bites of the Ham, Egg, and Cheese Croissant and had to throw it away, very bad. Iced latte tastes like soap. Complete waste of $13.

Coffee tastes like motor oil. Sausage sandwich just south of frozen. Expensive garbage.

If I could give a zero, I would. Dropping F-bombs at me because her credit card machine was not working. And then speaking to the other staff cursing customers and saying their stupid. Obviously the middle aged Filipina clearly hates her life and should be happy that people are forced to hire her. Can’t see how anyone if they had a choice would hire her. She drives away more customers than she’s worth.Happy to even talk to the management about the abuse she inflicts on the staff and on the customers.

Nitro brew coffee is extremely sour.. it is not drinkable. the ham and cheese croissant was 3/4 croissant 1/4 ham and egg. Literally thought they gave me a plain croissant for the first 15 bites. I came here because there was a short line compared to McDonald’s. McDonald’s is definitely worth the wait.

Absolutely worst service. Cashier was telling people off (literally swearing). Then she was cursing them in Tagalog and making fun of them to the other staff. I was not subject to her abuse but clearly she doesn’t value being employed.
