We arrived half an hour before closing time, only to be told by the owner that we could only get our pizzas to-go. We ordered two pizzas. However, when it came time to pay, we were shocked to find out that we were charged around $50 for the two pizzas because the owner added extra charges for ingredients and did not charge us according to the menu prices. We ended up eating our $25 pizzas on the street in a parking lot. The pizzas were mediocre at best, and we felt ripped off and extremely disappointed by how we were overcharged and treated.

This pizza is definitely in my top five and pizza used to be my favorite food. My husband and I both agreed it delicious. The environment is great. Mike is from Italy and they are super friendly. They cheese on the pizza has that “pull” with a perfect wood-fired crust. Bonus, although we didn’t it’s a BYOB! Bring a bottle of your favorite wine or beer to go with their amazing pizza.

After reading all the wonderful reviews we were excited to try Andiamo's. We chose a rosemary focaccia and suppli for appetizers. The focaccia was not focaccia -- It was a dry crispy something (like a thick cracker) with barely any dried rosemary sprinkled on top, could not taste it. The suppli may have been good but we were disappointed because as vegetarians 2 of us couldn't even taste it -- the menu said it was filled with sauce and rice, and it came with meat. I ordered the Margherita pizza and was so sorely disappointed. It was a plain grated cheese pizza with almost zero sauce and a few basil leaves. No fresh mozzarella. Most definitely NOT a Margherita pizza by any stretch of the imagination. The other pizzas were okay but nothing special. My daughter has lived in Rome and Florence and said in no way, shape, or form was this Italian pizza, especially the crust was very disappointing. We went on a slow night (Sunday) and chose to eat outside, which also influenced our experience as we had to walk through the kitchen (illegal) and a storage room and directly past several rat bait boxes to get to the outdoor dining area in back. To their credit, the prices are very reasonable, the service was fine and the food came quickly. I believe it was the owner who brought us a complimentary dessert. Will not be returning ?

Got a pizza for takeout and it was delicious!!! :) only took 10 minutes too. Fantastic all around
Ordered a pizza with sausage and pepperoni. No pepperoni was on it. About 1 or 2 small pieces of sausage on each piece. The crust tasted like cardboard. It was delivered and by the time it arrived, it wasn't even close to being warm. I'll not order from here again and will not recommend it.

I have been coming here for about 2-3 years. I love the owner and the pizza is authentic and made by an expert. Nothing fancy just great quality and good pricing. Love La Crosta too but I pickup here to bring home because it doesn’t get soggy! Support local businesses in this area because despite the affluence and prestige, these restaurants also have high rents and low population density and rely on locals for support.
