Glad to see there are over 400 good reasons (reviews) that Anelya has received. These high scores are well deserved. The atmosphere, service/staff and meal are all Michelin (and James Beard) worthy. First time having Ukrainian food, we got to sit by the kitchen window so you could see everyone prepare everything. It was busy but everything will flawlessly. We ordered from a set menu which have no borscht, I never tried it before so I asked for a small cup to try and they brought me one. Every course was delicious and the service was excellent, quick, fairly priced.
We loved our evening at Anelya! The cocktails were creative and yummy! The Zakusy were delicious & the tableside cart was fun! We ordered both broths, the potato pancakes, the vegetable ragout & short ribs. Everything was amazing! Our server was nice and helpful. Highly recommend!
