Me and my boyfriend have never been to applebees, we thought we would give it a shot, and don’t get me wrong the food there was amazing, but there’s no reason we should be waiting 45 minutes for a pasta and burger, and our server was barely in sight. The atmosphere was chill, they sang happy birthday to a little girl next to us which i thought was cute. I don’t think we will be dining in at this location again, im sorry guys.

Went in with my family and honestly, it wasn’t the best service. When we came in we were greeted, but there were at least 4 employees sitting down. Once seated, the waitress was nice, she took our order and brought back our drinks. The kids food came out first, which works for us, but our food took so long. The kids ate, my mom food came out and all that was left were the steaks for my sister and myself. There were two other tables that came after us and ordered way after us and they received their meals way before we got ours. My sister asked if they could just pack our food to go since it took so long and the waitress went to check on the food and came right back with the plates. She said the reason that it took so long was because I wanted my steak to be medium rare, but my steak wasn’t just off the grill hot and my mashed potatoes were cold. I couldn’t even finish my food because the taste wasn’t there and it made my stomach upset. The waitress tried her best, but she had way too many tables with no help. Too many workers sitting around and on their phones, this place isn’t like it used to be.

Food is okay. Ordered curbside pick up and they took 21 mins after it said it would be ready to bring out the food. I still usually tip the worker that brings out the food because ik times are tough but 21 mins and an attitude is not it.

Trash restaurant with trash employees. Cant even put a damm lid on. I paid 7 bucks for this soup, && the cup is barely 1/3 the way full SMH do better.

Went in late with friend that was in town. We didn't have to wait long for a greeting and a table once we walked in. The music was 2000's R&B and the atmosphere was chill. Our waiter for the night, Dayvett, was amazing! She made sure we knew that even thought it was close to closing time we would get great service. She suggested a drink on the menu that was Amazing! Usually, I stick with water but it was refreshing. Our food came out nice and quick. Every time I thought of needing something, Dayvett was already walking up to the table. Would recommend her to anyone that comes into the place. After eating our meal, she was able to get into great details into a dessert that my friend was checking out. My friend, which is a pastry chief herself. Stated that the chocolate dessert was fresh, and had nice fluffy texture. Can't wait to go back again for such top class service.
