We just devoured a delicious meal from Aretha's Dream! We had the chicken wings. I'm not really a fan of chicken wings but these were awesome! The dressing and yams were off the hook as well. When ever you are in the Chi do you mouth and favor and stop by Aretha's Dream you won't be disappointed!
First of all, let me start off stating how excellent their soul food is. The food was so good, I was upset with myself for eating it so fast. Meat is fresh, sides are fresh and seasoned to perfection. Their hot water cornbread and jolly rancher Kool-aid was a huge plus. As well as my desert being the honey cream sweet potato pie. Great new soul food place that's open on Sunday. I had the baked chicken after church and it was good. There's a counter if you want to eat in. I sat there waiting for my 'to go' order. Service was quick and friendly.
