We even brought our toddler and baby and the staff and food were awesome. “Went here for lunch and the empanadas hit the spot—super flaky crust and solid fillings. I tried the beef, chicken, and spinach/cheese, plus grabbed a chimichurri on the side. Beef was my fave, real savory, but the spinach one felt a little light on flavor. Service was chill, not super fast but friendly. Vibe’s laid-back, good spot if you’re in the neighborhood. Spent about $22 for 3 empanadas + sauce + a soda.“

“I love this store! It makes you feel like you are in Argentina. I’m an argentinian living in Michigan, we don’t have any similar store to get our argentinian essentials, so I was very happy after I find this one when I visited Chicago! The store it’s very complete, I found all the goodies I needed and more! I can’t wait to visit the city again to get more things. 😁 Mario, the owner, seems like a great person, very polite! Me and my husband had an amazing experience 😁“

“If you go for the small plates and yet have an appetite, pick two. For dinner I had the Costillas and Arroz Chaufa mixed with chorizo, shrimp, peppers, egg and scallions. Hit the spot. Excellent food and fantastic service. The waitress even jotted down some local spot recommendations. Great time all around.“
