This location is smaller than most and doesn't lend itself as well to relaxing from the hustle and bustle even though it isn't as noisy as some other locations. No complaints about the drinks, food, or staff here; they are all up to standard and competent. There isn't a bathroom at this shop since it's on the corner of The Marquette but there are plenty of bathroom options around.
Tried Argo Tea for the first time a few weeks ago and I can't wait to go back. I got a dirty iced chai and an almond croissant and they both were unreal. One of the best chai lattes I've had for sure and the croissant was unlike any other i'd had. I will be making the drive to Pasadena for Argo Tea

Great location, nice menu of teas, customer service meh... Ordering was just fine, but I was there for an hour and was told by Monty they would be closing in 15 min (4:45pm), then reminded again at 4:57pm and at 4:59pm, Monty came once again very abruptly, this time with a slight attitude, stood by my table and said "We Are Closed".
